What we offer here

The Site provides information about Tunnel Vision Training’s online fitness coaching and a free macro calculator. Using the Site does not create a coaching relationship. Paid coaching is governed by a separate agreement provided when you enroll.

The Site and its content are for general informational and educational purposes only and are not medical advice. The calculator provides rough estimates based on standard formulas. Its results are a starting point, not a medical or nutritional prescription, and individual needs vary. Use them as general guidance only.
